How To Style a Round Coffee Table
Hey y’all!
I like to usually keep my styling pretty simple and minimal! To me, a coffee table is a functional space, and when there is too much on it, itβs no longer functional π€·π»ββοΈ Personal opinion, of course! Many people love to display lots of beautiful pieces, and while it looks nice, where do you put down drinks or phones when you host?!
My 5 rules of thumb for coffee table styling:
1. Add books for aesthetics, to add height, or for conversation (plus they are great to pick up and look at for inspo!).

2. Add florals or greenery (faux or real) to add height and beauty to a space. Plus it gives it some beautiful color. Bonus points for changing them with the seasons!

3. Add natural elements to your space: a tray, a bowl, or boxes are a great way to add texture or a different tone to the space, while also providing a space for storing things.

4. Add decorative objects: think vases, aesthetic coasters, bowls, trays, sculptures. Fillers for bowls, beads, or chains are another great option to add texture.

5. Add candles for coziness and height depending on the type. I typically try to use unscented or naturally fragranced candles in our home whenever I can, but if I can’t I find ones that use cleaner fragrances. Candle holders can be a great option to add texture or height even if you donβt use the candles, but I prefer the coziness a candle offers!
Then, tweak as needed! Sometimes it takes me a couple of tries and shopping my own home to get the exact look I want. I frequently swap out pieces around my home!
